Expert Louisiana Notary Services

Louisiana is a Civil Law State based on the Napoleonic Code. Our notaries learn in order to be state licensed and can create and notarize any document an attorney can. A notary’s only limitation is that they cannot represent someone in court.  We are commissioned in and qualified for the State of Louisiana, conducting Civil Law Notarial Services covering all parishes in the state.

Services include but are not limited to: real estate transfers, affidavits of heirship, small successions, auto title transfers, donations, business startup documents, mobile services, and more.

Caveat – Just because you CAN do something, doesn’t mean you SHOULD do something. We charge a flat fee for notarizing a prepared document or auto title, we charge an hourly rate for researching and crafting other documents, but for the creation of a Last, Will & Testament we recommend you see an Attorney At Law and we can help you find one.
